JADENS THERMAL PRINTER INSTALLATION ON WINDOWS 11
Step 1 – Open web browser and go to www.jadens.com
Step 2 – Click Downloads and Videos
Step 3 – Choose your product
Step 4 – Open zip folder
Step 5 – Click Label Printer Driver Steup v1.6.6.exe
Step 6 – Click your preferred language
Step 7 – Click Next
Step 8 – Click Install
Step 9 – Click Setup
*** If you received below pop up, just click ok.
Step 10 – Printer Successfully Installed. Click OK.
Step 11 – Click Exit
FOR BLUETOOTH CONECTIVITY:
Step 12- Go to your System Set up. Click Add device.
Step 13 – Click Bluetooth
Step 14 – Click ID-468T-CF47
Step 15 – Enter PIN : 0000 – Then Click Connect.
Step 16 – Click Done
MATCHING COM PORTS FOR USB (INCOMING) AND PRINTER
(OUTGOING)
1.Go to Settings. Under Settings > Bluetooth and devices >
More Bluetooth settings
2.Please check the Outgoing COM number.
（The COM number is not the same, depending on your
computer. Pay attention to the "Direction-Outgoing'' ， Like
below, mine is COM6，you need to remember your comX for
use in step 5）
3.Go back to Bluetooth & devices, click Label Printer (4inch).
4.Click Printer properties.
5.Under Ports, click your outgoing number （mine is COM6 on
the step 2） and click ok.
（Note：if you can not find the COM Port number，Please
restart your computer，and you will find it）
