For IOS
Option 1:
If you can not find the file, you can start the printing label first and tap Share icon, then choose the Shipping printer App .

Option 2:
If you can not do option1 (if you open the file on Facebook). Open label first, and tap Share Icon, then Open in Safari, tap Share Icon, select Save to file. Go to File App and find your label.

For Android
If you cannot find the file, there are two methods you can print.

Option 1:
Download your label and save to some folder where you can find it late. If finishing, open the shipping printer - choose file, you can find the file.
Option 2:
Download your label and find it in File App, select the lab and “ Other apps”, click it. And then tap the “ Shipping Printer”.
