First Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the printer and green light on.

Then download and install [PrintGo] APP in your smart phone.

App download:

1. Search for [PrintGo] on Google Play or AppStore or Scan the following QR code to download APP.

Connect your device after the download:

Option1: Open the App, and search for the connected printer according to the prompts in the App.

( Tips: Don't connect printer in the mobile phone Bluetooth settings.)

1.open the app”Print Go”

2.click the “Disconnected”to connect the device

3.find the device and click it.

Option2: Open the APP, scan the device connection QR code by printing from printer after double clicking the power button.

Select and edit the content to be printed in the App, confirm and print.

1.choose the paper you use(roll paper or flat paper)

2.choose the paper size you wang to print

3.click the”file” to choose the label you want to print
