3. Download and install printer driver.

open the website and click "Download&Video" Chose and click the PD-A4 printer,
choose the "PD-A4"model，click it
click the "windows" or "MacOS"and download the driver

Choose the "PD-A4" model
Name the printer PD-A4
The driver has been inatlled successfully.
