  1. Why Fonts Need to Be Downloaded
    To protect your privacy, our app does NOT pre - install personal fonts (like custom or system - specific fonts) in its package. If a font is missing, your device will automatically replace it with system defaults (e.g., Arial).
  2. Solutions for Missing Fonts
    • Embed fonts in PDF files before printing (most PDF editors let you do this).
    • Use universal fonts (e.g., Times New Roman, Arial) that work across devices.
    • For special/non - standard fonts, convert documents to image format (PNG/JPG) before printing.
  3. First Launch Font Download Prompt
    When you open the app for the first time, you may see a prompt to “Download fonts” (e.g., calibri.ttf, msyh.ttc). This is the app’s font compatibility package—downloading it (takes 1–2 minutes, faster on Wi - Fi) ensures better font matching. Don’t worry—this doesn’t collect personal info; it just adds common font support!
    After the first download, subsequent launches won’t re - download these fonts.
