I. Apple Device Unsubscription Process

(1) For iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro Users

  1. Open the "Settings" App on your device.
  1. On the Settings page, tap your name displayed at the top.
  1. After entering the Apple ID settings page, find and tap the "Subscriptions" option.
  1. In the list of subscriptions, find and tap the Jadens Printer app subscription you want to cancel.
  1. After the page jumps, you may need to scroll down the page to find the "Cancel Subscription" button and click to confirm.

II. Google Device Unsubscription Process

(1) Open the Google Play App

Make sure you have logged into the Google account used to subscribe to the Jadens Printer app, find and open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.

(2) Find Subscription Management

  1. Click the avatar or menu icon (usually three horizontal lines) in the upper right corner of the Google Play app to enter the account management page.
  1. On the account management page, find and click the "Subscriptions" option. Here, all services subscribed through the Google Play Store will be listed, including the subscription to the Jadens Printer app.

(3) Select and Cancel the Subscription

  1. In the subscription list, carefully find and click the Jadens Printer app service you want to cancel the automatic renewal for.
  1. After clicking to enter the details page of the service, find the "Cancel Subscription" or a similar option on the page (the expression may vary slightly in different versions).
  1. After clicking "Cancel Subscription", the system may pop up a prompt box explaining the consequences of canceling the subscription, such as the expiration time of the subscription validity period. Please read it carefully and confirm the cancellation.

(4) Confirm Successful Cancellation

  1. After completing the above cancellation operation, the system will display a prompt message indicating successful cancellation.
  1. To further ensure that the automatic renewal has been successfully turned off, you can return to the subscription management page and check whether the subscription to the Jadens Printer app has disappeared from the list. If it has disappeared, it means the unsubscription is successful.
