2. After every label paper replacement, you must run the paper‑learning calibration function. Otherwise, various label printing errors may occur.
3. Paper Loading Instructions Folded labels: Feed the labels flat, smoothly and fully into the printer. Adjust the paper guide position, press the right‑side guide button to lock it, then close the printer cover. Roll labels: The device auto‑adapts to actual label dimensions; no manual adjustment of the paper guide is required.
4. Device Initialization Power on the unit and wait 5 seconds for printer initialization. The printer will first beep once, followed by four consecutive beeps.
5. Paper Calibration & Learning Operation: Hold down the feed key for 2 seconds, and release it upon hearing one short beep. Result: The printer feeds out two labels. When labels stop at the standard tear‑off position, calibration is complete and normal label printing is available.
6. Print Self‑Test Page Operation: Hold down the feed key for about 2 seconds. Release the key after hearing two short beeps, and a self‑test page will print.
