Please check the following router settings :
Log in to your wireless router’s admin page and check whether any of the following features are enabled:
- Guest Network Isolation
- Privacy Separator
- SSID Separator
- Network Separation
Note: If any of these are enabled, please disable them, then restart the router and try connecting again.
