1. This issue is common for Mac Book Air or Pro Users with only Type-C ports.

To ensure stable performance, an additional Type-C printer cable is required. You need a USB2.0/3.0 adapter to Type_C.

Hub is not recommended for the label printer because of the known issue of unstable data transmission.

2. The most likely reason is that JADENS is connected to a new USB Port, otherwise you can't find the label printer when connecting the USB cable and require you to install the driver again.

Solution: 1. Please unplug the USB cable from your computer, then insert the USB cable in the same port

                   2. Turn off your printer and turn it on

                   3. Long press the feed button for seconds until you hear one beep and release your finger, the printer will   automatically load two labels
