When you load in a new direct thermal label, there are two actions that need to do:
1. Run the automatic label identification on the printer.(Click this link to watch a video about How labels are automatically identificated)
1.1) Disconnect the USB cable from your printer, then press and hold the Feed Button until you hear one beep.
1.2) Printer will move the label back and forth to determine the gap size and other properties of your label.
1.3) When the label is at the tear-off point; re-connect the USB cable to the printer and resume printing.
2. Set proper label settings on your computer.

Go to" Settings" > click " Device" > click " Printer & Scanner“> find label printer (your printer name)> click "Manage"
Click " printer Preference”
go to "page setup", click "new" to set up a new label size by setting label width and label height and then click" ok"
