Please download the printer driver for your computer, Open Google Chrome or other browsers, enter jadens official website www.jadens.com in the search box, click the "Download & Video" section in the upper right corner,
select and click your printer model ( 268BT for example), and Choose the corresponding driver according to your computer (windows or mac) to download.If it is a windows computer,pls choose the new driver to download.
Take Windows 10 as samples:
1. After downloading the latest version of JADENS's Windows Driver(New driver), open it and choose ‘install the printer driver’-Click next,
2. “Specify spot”, Select the connection method of “Bluetooth”,,click next,
3. “Search Printer” and “Select Bluetooth Printer” this step requires your machine to be powered on and the computer's Bluetooth to be turned on . The process of searching the printer will take about 40 second to 1 minute, please wait patiently.
when the search is complete,Select your Bluetooth printer(as shown in the picture below, the machine model I connected is 268BT.),click next,
4. “Select Printer Driver”, enter your printer model (You can check the model number at the bottom of the machine) in the search box (268BT for example) and select it.click next,
5. “Specify the printer name ”, click next,
6. “Installing printer”, Wait for the installation to complete and then close.
