The most likely reason is that JADENS is connected to a new USB Port. 

Please ensure insert the USB cable in the same port,otherwise you can't find the label printer when connecting USB cable and require you to install the driver again.


Solution: 1. Please unplug the USB cable from your computer, then insert the USB cable in the same port

                   2. Turn off your printer and turn it on

                   3. Long press the feed button for seconds until you hear one beep and release your finger, the printer will finish calib
