In case the paper is jammed or printer is jamming, you should not just pull the label out without the below actions:

 

  1. Turn the printer off, allow the printer head to cool down.
  2. Open the cover then remove the label.
  3. Clean the printer head, after 2 minutes, close the cover.




Note： Please make sure that your label paper is placed correctly, not slanted to feed the paper
