Before printing, please install the printer properly.
- Ensure the printer is OFF.
- Insert the USB cable (data cable) fully into the printer USB port, connect another end to the computer’s USB port. Make sure every time it should be inserted into the same port,or you can not find the label printer when connecting USB cable and require you to install the driver one more time.
- Connect the printer with a power cable. Make sure the power is OFF. Firstly plug the power cable into the printer, then plug it into the socket.
- Then turn on the printer for loading labels.

Warning: Do not disconnect from the power cable when the printer is in ON status, otherwise it may cause damage to the printer and lose data.
