Please ensure the wall plug has electricity by plugging another device into that same plug.

1. Please follow the power cable to the adapter and check that the cable that goes to Jadens Label Printer is plugged all the way into the power adapter.

2. Please ensure the plug that goes into Jadens Label Printer is fully inserted.

3. Turn the power switch off and on.
