Fault Description: The cover is slightly ajar, resulting in insufficient sensor pressure. The printer will immediately display a red error light and indicate a paper shortage.
Solution: Press the cover firmly until you hear a "click" sound to confirm it is fully locked in place.
2. Paper Calibration Learning
Fault Description: After changing label paper or restarting the machine, calibration was not performed, and the printer cannot correctly identify label gaps.
Solution: After changing consumables or restarting the machine, perform a printer paper calibration operation.
3. Sensor Obstruction by Paper Dust, Paper Scraps, or Dust
Fault Description: The sensor window inside the machine is obstructed by dirt, preventing the recognition of label media.
Solution: Power off the machine and allow it to cool down. Gently wipe the sensor window with a cotton swab/alcohol.
4. Sensor Malfunction
Fault Description: The sensor hardware is damaged and cannot detect paper properly.
