- Different LED status indicates differently. Here are some common circumstances and corresponding solutions for your reference:

The printer Head is overheated | None. The printer will automatically resume once the printer head cools down. |

| Ensure that the labels are loaded correctly. You may need to run automatic label identification. |
Flashing Red (2 times per second) | The printer cover is not fully closed. | Check that the printer cover is completely closed. |
2. Long press and hold on to the top circular button until you hear the beep noise. Different noise indicates a different meaning.

1 beep noise | 3seconds | The printer will automatically study the paper size you loaded and comes out with two labels. |
2 beep noises | 6seconds | The printer will automatically print a test page. |
