There are a few reasons cause this problem:

1. It is likely that the printer head has gotten dirty, Please use alcohol to clean the print head

2. the label paper is in poor quality, you have to get labels in better quality.

3. there is dirt on the label surface, you have to keep the labels well.

4. it is possible that something has interfered with Jadens driver.

Please uninstall Jadens, restart your computer, and install the newest Jadens driver available on www.jadens.com
