If you can not connect to Bluetooth
1. Model
please make sure your printer has Bluetooth function. You can check the model number to make sure. JD168BT/ JD268BT/ JD468BT/JD328BT are Bluetooth version.
2. Mac
please be sure that Bluetooth capability on Apple computers （Mac system) does not work with Jadens label printers, only Windows PC can work with Bluetooth currently.
3. Windows
Please make sure you have installed the driver on your Windows PC and connect the USB cable to your pc before you add the Bluetooth to your printer.
4. Phone
① please make sure your “Location Service” and “Tracking” are on.
Settings > Privacy> Location service/ Tracking> On
②Make sure that you have turned off your other Bluetooth setting, otherwise, the Bluetooth channel will be occupied.
