Solution for Mac (Preview)

  1. Save your label as a PDF file
  2. Open the file in Preview
  3. Go to “Tools” -> “Rotate Left” or “Rotate Right” ( or you skip this step and follow step 7)
  4. Go to “File”-> “Take a Screenshot”-> “From Selection” 
  5. Drag the box over your label, then left click on it. After that, you will get a new file 
  6. Select “Print” -> Click “Paper Size: Other”-> Choose “4*6”
  7. Optional (if you skip step 3,  please follow this step) Choose “Scale to Fit”
  8. Click “Preview”->Choose “Printer Features”
  9. You can set up printer properties, such as “Darkness” to about “6” and “Print Speed
    to about “4” ( This step is to deal with barcode being black blocks)
  10. Click “Print” and you will get a 4*6 label.
