Before you install the driver on your Windows pc, please make sure to do the following steps:

1. turn on the printer

2. connect the printer to your computer through a USB cable

3. Long press the feed button until you hear one beep, and release it and let it go

If you click"Setup" in the last step, there is no response. please restart the computer and printer, then try again.
