Why does it say try to reconnect when I connect Bluetooth to Windows Print

When you connect the printer Bluetooth to your Windows PC, it does not succeed and reminds you to reconnect.

Reason: You connected to the wrong printer.

Solution: Please connect to the printer with the printer icon, not the computer icon.

( please choose your printer name, such as Label_printer_XXXX)

If you cannot find the printer icon, delete the driver you have installed and reinstall that driver. You will then find a printer icon for your printer.
