The printer shows Printer Offline because the printer and computer disconnected. There are several reasons.
1 The USB cable is not plugged, loose, or off, please reconnect the USB cable, it will be able to work.
2 The USB cable changed the port, you need to plug back into the port set at the beginning;
if you plug back in, it is still Offline. You need to uninstall the driver and restore the installation.
3 If it is the first time through Bluetooth printing, there is Offline. The reason is that the Bluetooth settings are not successful, you did not change the virtual port. Please follow these steps.
Step 1: Bluetooth & other devices>More Bluetooth options>COM Ports, remember the COM x for Outgoing
Step 2: Printers & scanners>Manage>Printer Properties>Ports>tick the remembered COM x>OK
