Please download the printer driver for your computer, Open Google Chrome or other browsers, enter jadens official website www.jadens.com in the search box, click the "Download & Video" section in the upper right corner, 

select and click your printer model ( 268BT for example), and Choose the corresponding driver according to your computer (windows or mac) to download.If it is a windows computer,pls choose the new driver to download. 



Take Windows 10 as samples:

1. After downloading the latest version of JADENS's Windows Driver(New driver), open it and choose ‘install the printer driver’-Click next, 

2. “Specify spot”,choose the ”USB” option ,


3. “Search Printer” and “Select Bluetooth Printer”  this  step requires your machine to be powered on and connect to computer via USB cable .

4. “Specify printer model”,click,

5. “Specify the Printer name”,click next,


6. “Installing printer”, Wait for the installation to complete and then close.
