If the printer and router are connected (or connected directly via USB/Bluetooth) but printing fails with an 'Offline' error, follow the specific steps below:
■ Wi-Fi / Wired LAN Connections (Windows & macOS)
- Confirm that your computer and printer are connected to the exact same local network (for wired LAN, verify Ethernet cable integrity).
- Power off the printer, then power it back on.
- Uninstall the driver (Jadens_Printer_Driver.exe for Windows, Jadens_Printer_Driver.pkg for macOS) and perform a fresh reinstallation.
- Restart your computer: If system instability is causing connection loss, restart the computer (Important: Choose 'Restart' rather than 'Shut down' to ensure a complete system refresh).
■ Bluetooth Connection Troubleshooting
- Position the printer closer to the computer and remove sources of radio interference.
- When left idle for an extended period, the Bluetooth link may go dormant. Power-cycling (restarting) the printer reinitializes its Bluetooth module and restores communication.
■ USB Connection Troubleshooting
- Verify that the USB-connected printer is recognized by your operating system.
- Unplug the USB cable from the computer and re-plug it securely.
