If the printer and wireless router are connected or the printer and computer are connected by USB cable but you cannot print:
o Change to Offline (Windows)/Cannot Communicate (Windows)
o Change to Offline (Mac)/Cannot Communicate (Mac)
Change to Offline (Windows)/Cannot Communicate (Windows)
If the printer cannot communicate with the computer, an error message "Offline" may be displayed when printing. To bring the printer back online, try the following.
Check the connection (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/USB).
For Wi-Fi/Wired LAN connections:
l Make sure that your computer is connected to the same network as the printer.
(For Wired LAN connection, check the Ethernet connection is normal)
l Turn off printer and then turn it on again.
l Uninstall Drivers (Jadens_Printer_Driver.exe) and reinstall it. If the printer is still offline, proceed to the next step.
l Restart computer. The computer may be unstable for some reason. Restart the computer and try to print.
Important
· To restart your computer, choose Restart instead of Shut down.
For Bluetooth connection:
- Please move the printer closer to the computer or reduce interference.
- When the printer stays idle for a long time, the Bluetooth connection between the computer and printer may become inactive. Restarting the printer reinitializes the Bluetooth module and restores the connection.
For USB connection:
- Make sure that the USB-connected printer is recognized by the computer.
- Please unplug and reconnect the USB cable connected to the computer.

If the printer cannot communicate with the computer, an error message "Offline" may be displayed when printing. To bring the printer back online, try the following.
Check the connection (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/USB).
For Wi-Fi connections:
- Make sure that your computer is connected to the same network as the printer.

- Uninstall Drivers (Jadens_Printer_Driver.pkg) and reinstall it. If the printer is still offline, proceed to the next step.
